By accessing and using FrostFloat ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Nature

FrostFloat acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers of virtual items (skins) for Counter-Strike 2. We do not own the items listed by users. We facilitate the transaction and ensure the security of the trade process.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must log in via Steam. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Trading & Transactions

• All trades are final once confirmed.
• Sellers must deliver the exact item listed. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
• Buyers must have sufficient balance to purchase items.
• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that we suspect to be fraudulent.

5. Virtual Items

The virtual items traded on this platform are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. FrostFloat does not claim ownership of these intellectual property rights. You are purchasing a license to use the virtual item within the game, subject to Valve's terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform.
• Harassing other users or staff.
• Using automated bots to manipulate the marketplace.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrostFloat is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or virtual items due to Steam network issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
