Refund & Dispute Policy

1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of virtual items (digital goods), all sales are final. Once a trade has been completed and the item has been delivered to your Steam account, we cannot offer a refund or return.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged for a deposit but the funds were not credited to your account balance (requires proof of payment).
- A system error caused a transaction to fail, but your balance was deducted (and the item was not delivered).
3. Disputes
If you have an issue with a transaction (e.g., item not received, incorrect item), please contact support immediately.
- Item Not Received: If a seller fails to send the item within the delivery window, the transaction will be cancelled and your funds refunded to your balance.
- Incorrect Item: Do not accept the trade offer on Steam. Report the issue to us. Accepting the trade offer implies you are satisfied with the item.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first is a violation of our Terms of Service. This will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
